Moving a stay

When you need to move a guest to another property, Norka shows the impact first and only then makes the move. A stay in a single property can be moved.

How to

1. Open the reservation.
2. Click Přesunout objekt (Move property).
3. Pick the target property. You'll see:
   • the Cena (price) in the new property and the difference from the current one,
   • the Dostupnost (availability), whether the property is free for the dates.
4. Click Přesunout (Move).

The stay takes on the new property's price and gets a fresh door code. If the property is booked over the dates, or the turnaround would leave too little time to clean, Norka refuses the move.
