Features

Everything Norka does, screen by screen.

Real screens from the app, with sample data. Pick an area or scroll through all of it. What Norka does not do is listed at the end.

AI assistant

Your AI assistant can run it.

Norka has an MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client can do what you do in the app, in plain language.

Ask in plain language

Connect Norka to your AI agent and ask questions or give it jobs: who arrives on Friday, which stays are still unpaid, book Apartment 2 for the Nováks.

  • Connect it in a few clicks from the app’s settings
  • Every answer cites the page in the app it came from
  • The MCP server is included in every plan

Same rules as the app

An agent respects cleaning turnarounds, writes to the activity log and sends the same notifications as the app. It reaches only as far as its token lets it.

  • Read-only, write or admin tokens
  • A REST API with the same token
  • Every change it makes is in the activity log
API tokens in Norka's settings, each with its scope

Set Norka up by talking to it

Tell the agent about your properties and it creates them, with prices, seasons, door codes and arrival guides. Calendar links, invoicing details and team invitations are still added in the app.

  • Properties, prices and seasons
  • Door codes and arrival guides
  • Ready in an afternoon

What Norka does not have

Norka is small on purpose. Every extra feature is another screen to learn. If you need one of these, get in touch. Most can be built on top of the API and MCP, or left to your agent.

  • A channel manager that pushes prices to portals
  • A payment gateway and deposits
  • Dynamic pricing and revenue management
  • Document scanning and reporting to the foreign police
  • WhatsApp to guests
  • Smart-lock integration (you enter the PIN)
  • A mobile app (the web app works on a phone)

See it with your own properties.

From CZK 190 a month, every feature included. Most hosts are set up in an afternoon.
