Your own workspace and plans

How to create a workspace, the free trial, and what a plan and its property limit mean.

Your own workspace and plans

A workspace holds your properties, reservations and team. Anyone signed in to Norka can create one.

How to create a workspace

  • If you have no workspace yet, you will see Create my workspace after signing in.
  • If you already have one, open the workspace switcher at the top left and choose Create workspace.

Type a name and click Create workspace. The Address under it is filled in from the name (accents dropped, e.g. chata-pod-snezkou); you can change it, and Norka tells you straight away whether it is free. You become the owner and Norka switches you into the new workspace.

Choose the name with care: guests see it in emails, texts and on the check-in page, and it is how they know who the messages are from. The name they know you by, such as your property's name, works best. Texts can be signed differently in Settings › SMS › Text signature.

Setting it up in four steps

After creating the workspace, three more short steps follow. Each has Skip for now; anything you skip stays on the Finish setting up card on the dashboard, until it is done or you click Hide.

  1. Emails: Send my notifications to is where new reservations, unpaid stays, arrivals, the morning overview, the monthly report and guests' check-in are sent. It is prefilled with the email you sign in with. Guests' replies go to is where a guest's reply to a booking confirmation or check-in link lands. Each workspace gets only its own emails.
  2. Seasons: pick Summer only, Mountains or All year and adjust the target occupancy of each season. Dates and names can be changed later in Settings › Seasons.
  3. First property: its name and, optionally, a calendar link from Booking.com, Airbnb, eChalupy or Megachalupy. Reservations from the portal are imported right away.

Both email addresses can be changed any time in Settings › Emails. Left empty, the notifications go to every owner of the workspace.

Everyone can create at most three workspaces of their own. Workspaces someone only invited you to do not count.

Plans and the property limit

Every new workspace starts on the Host plan with a free 14-day trial. A plan limits one thing: how many properties a workspace can have switched on at once (Solo 1, Host 5, Portfolio 15).

  • On the Properties page, next to Add property, you see how much of your plan you use.
  • When the plan is full, the add button is greyed out and the page says why.
  • A disabled property does not count toward the limit, so you can disable one property and add another. Switching it back on only works while the plan has room.
  • Your workspace's plan is shown under Settings › Plan.

The limit also applies to an AI assistant connected over MCP: it is refused a property beyond the limit just like the app.

The trial

During the trial, a bar at the top of every page says when it ends. When it ends, the workspace becomes read-only: everything stays and can be looked at, but nothing can be changed, not even through an AI assistant. Guests with a confirmed stay can still use their online check-in.

How to change your plan

You can't pick a plan yourself yet. Settings › Plan shows your plan, how much of it you use, and the price list. To keep using the workspace after the trial, or to move to another plan, write to us at info@mojenorka.cz. We set the plan and unlock the workspace again.
